Following on from our MAT resilience blog, here is a more detailed explanation of the process EBM takes to assess MAT resilience.
How it works
The MAT Resilience Audit will assess your resilience across the key areas of
- Education and Curriculum
- Staffing and HR
- Finance and Operations and
- Compliance
We provide a simple questionnaire and information request for you to complete and return, which we will review. We will then provide a report outlining the current position and recommendations for next steps before meeting with you to agree on the most suitable and effective action plan, tailored to you.
Here’s a quick breakdown of the MAT Resilience Audit Process…
Are you a MAT experiencing any of the following:
- Increased scrutiny from the Regional Director
- Inconsistent levels of attainment
- Falling rolls
- Increasing staff turnover
- Budget instability
- Declining reserves
- Concerns over long term viability
- Compliance challenges
If you’re ready to take action and address these issues, you can use the MAT Resilience Audit to:
- Review your Education and Curriculum, Staffing and HR, Finance and Operations and Compliance
- Identify the recommendations required to improve your resilience across these areas
After you complete the questionnaire and information request, we will:
- Review all information provided
- Benchmark against similar MATs
- Compare against best practice
- Identify risks
- Make recommendations
- Produce final report
Finishing with a feedback session to agree next steps with your CEO, CFO & Chair
Are you ready to make a change for better?
