Digital Resources

Paul is currently working on developing digital resources for Colleges and Schools. He is working closely with a company that has one of the largest resources of educational material written in PREZI. He is also working with a number of educational providers developing Free schools e.g. the Church of England.

Previously, Paul worked with Birmingham City Council where he was the Children Young People and Families Directorate Lead on its Academies Programme for four and a half years. The Birmingham Academies Programme was one of the largest Academies Programmes in the country with approximately £150 million investment in new build Academies and a rapidly developing Converter Academy Programme with approximately 30 schools involved. Free Schools were also being developed.

Paul has over thirty-five years experience in Education and Training and has undertaken a wide range of senior management roles in Education establishments, Local Education Authorities and Government Non-Departmental Bodies. This has often involved introducing and managing significant change, innovation and resourcing.

Paul has delivered and developed a wide range of curriculum from Foundation Courses to Post Graduate Programmes. When he was working in FE, he was the Programme Coordinator for the Teacher Training Courses and coordinated professional staff development. Whilst in FE he was also the College’s link to the local Sixth Form Consortium and education representative on Radio Broadlands in Norfolk.

Paul’s focus is and always has been helping to develop new schools that are focused on improving young people’s life chances and their progression to higher education and/or employment.
